More Oobafelt

I have copied the first 5 pages from the storyboard and published them as a separate page. Please click on the links on the right. 'Oobafelt Frames 01 - 36' is a short animated sequence of the frames from those pages.

With the storyboard is a guide by Le Kublitsky to the symbolism and characters in the film that I represent below:

The Poster Dispute

The Poster Dispute - Le Kublitsky's design was jettisoned in favour of the studio's own, more populist, version.

Oobafelt

A sample from the storyboard pages. We can see clearly Le Kublitsky's direct and forceful style. He drew his own storyboards himself, working feverishly it seems, and with a clear understanding of his craft.

Braunk Citae

A bird's eye view (and some tough bird too - to survive the pollution) of Braunk Citae, Perago District, where Mr. Poulter found the long lost film storyboards.

A map of C.E.K.

A map of C.E.K. showing the heavily industrialised region of Klinksgnau, Lagonika and Braunk Citae on the left, with the twin capitals of Bresnik and Lobsk nestling respectively at the feet of the mountain ranges which so isolated the kingdom.
